Hi, I'm Michael. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist based in Southern California.
I built this program because I've been where you are. After my own fat loss journey I became obsessed with building a smarter approach - one that actually accounts for how people move, not just how hard they can push.
So many programs risk injury. This program was specifically designed with health and mobility in mind.

Yes. You select your equipment preference at signup and the program is tailored accordingly. A home bodyweight version is fully available.

This program was built by a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist with injury prevention and movement quality at its core. That said, if you have a current or ongoing injury, we strongly recommend consulting your physician or physical therapist before beginning any new exercise program. Your safety comes first, always.
